How do I transfer my license to LoKation?
The process is simple and fast. Just complete the online sign-up above and most agents are activated within minutes. After joining, our team will reach out to schedule a one-on-one onboarding call with your dedicated Agent Concierge to help you get set up for success.
How quickly can I start closing deals?
You can start the same day you sign up. If you join during business hours, your license can be transferred immediately and you can begin writing contracts right away. If you sign up over the weekend, the transfer typically takes 24–48 hours, depending on when you join, unless arrangements have been made with the brokerage in advance.
What happens to my current deals?
We’ll guide you through the process. Our team will review your current Independent Contractor Agreement (ICA) with you and help coordinate the transition of any active deals. We’ve successfully handled thousands of listing transfers and closings during brokerage transitions, so you’ll be in good hands.
What kind of support do I get?
Every LoKation agent receives full brokerage support, including access to our proprietary platform The Sphere, marketing tools, ongoing training and education, and our responsive broker support team. Our goal is to give you the resources you need to grow your business efficiently.
