Klutznick was the CEO of a Pompano Beach-based real estate brokerage known at the time as The K Co., and he was in the process of migrating his firm to a new business model called the 100% commission model. Under this structure, Realtors are paid 100% of their commission in exchange for a monthly fee and an a la carte menu of support services, an attractive option for those used to giving away thousands to their brokerage with each transaction.

As the CEO of LoKation®, Nathan Klutznick brings a passion for growth and technology advancement to enhance the experience for real estate agents and their clients. Responsible for overseeing all facets of the organization, Nathan thrives on forward-looking initiatives and operational excellence. His management style is referred to as relaxed yet effective which allows for maximum potential. He’s led LoKation® to become the 23rd largest independent real estate brokerage in the United States.

LoKation is once again bucking the trend as many real estate companies were forced into mass layoffs in Q2 this year. In addition to new hires, LoKation® made three key promotions as the company works towards rolling out its new proprietary technology stack and sets its sights on aggressive multi-state expansion and acquisition initiatives.

The top 100 brokerages listed in the 2022 Top Brokerages (Mega 1000) by agent count for the U.S. residential real estate brokerage industry as of December 31, 2021. Companies sometimes include nominal commercial activity. When included, it must be less than 3 percent of the total sales volume and does not affect ranking.

In late February, Jonathan Lickstein, managing broker at LoKation Real Estate, headed towards Pembroke Pines for another stop on the brokerage’s agent appreciation tour. It was one of 10 networking events the Pompano Beach–based firm has planned throughout the state between January and April, and a useful way for Lickstein to build in-person relationships with LoKation’s rapidly expanding roster of agents. 

There are roughly 110,000 brokerages in the United States, and LoKation Real Estate has jumped from #92 to #47 in the Country for closed transaction sides. 

Year over year, LoKation Real Estate has climbed the ranks amongst the Largest Independent Brokerages in the Country! Together, through the power of connectivity, LoKation closed an approximate 12,228 sales transactions totaling $4,281,786,274.00 billion in sales volume, nationwide, catapulting us from #37 to #23.

LoKation Real Estate added 170 Realtors in an acquisition of Venture Realty Group located in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida. LoKation has bolstered its staff by more than 125% in 2021 to support the growth, and plans will be to continually increase its cadre of Agent Support Specialists, Brokers, Payment & Accounting Departments, and Marketing Personnel to facilitate more acquisitions.

LoKation® Real Estate is excited to announce the formation of LoKation Connect®, its new PropTech (property technology) sister company. LoKation Connect® will be operated as a separate entity with the sole focus on the development and implementation of new technology that’s driving the real estate economy of today, and the future.
